Peter Keevil

Peter is a Certified Trainer, acknowledged by the International Institute of Neuro Linguistic Training Association (INLPTA) as well as being an NLP Master Practitioner. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Association for Coaching.

Peter has 20 years experience in the public sector, 10 years of which were at a senior level in Organisation Development. As a trained assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management ( EFQM ) Peter has used their Excellence Model to guide a major public sector body to ‘Recognised for Excellence’ status.

Peter says ‘I support Stephen Covey’s belief that Personal Victories come before public victories and use this approach to help people become better team players and contribute more to organisation success’.
