Eileen Baines-Sutton

Eileen has been working in the field of human personal development for the last ten years and is qualified as a Trainer and Master Practioner of NLP as well as an Executive Coach. Eileen trained under NLP luminaries including Robert Dilts, Judith Delozier and John Seymour.

She is no stranger to the corporate world as her experience includes being marketing director at one of the countries biggest radio stations. Eileen went on to work as the communications director across a multi-million pound media FSTE 100 Company.

Today much of her work focuses on interpersonal & communication skills for people in their personal & professional lives. How human beings understand themselves and each other is an untapped area and one that she passionately believes she can help people change in. She is also passionate about corporate social responsibility and the part we have to play in environmental sustainability. Eileen says ‘if you want to make a difference in the world, stop expecting someone else to solve the problems and step up to the mark and start with you. We all have it within us to be great and to leave a legacy to be proud of. As Gandhi so eloquently said ‘be the change you want to see in the world’.’
